Hi All,

I am sure you are aware that on July 25, 2025 at 8 AM student email will move to Microsoft 365 at The University of Arizona.

Since our students see advisors and student support staff as resources, I wanted to make sure you had some resources for any calls you might receive.  Thus, I am going to provide some links that I hope will be helpful if you receive a call from a student.

After 8 AM on July 25, students need to log in to outlook.arizona.edu with their university email address and password on any device to send and receive email.  Migration of all email and calendar events might take time.  It is suggested that students anticipate up to 48 hours for total migration of these items.  If after 48 hours, students are experiencing migration issues, have them reach out to 520-626-TECH (8324).

Students will still have access to Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.) by logging in to goggle.arizona.edu.

Questions about email access, email application setup, or issues with your email should be directed to 24/7 Support Center at 520-626-TECH (8324)
