Good Morning & Happy Wednesday, :

Our team is incredibly excited to announce the launch of Arizona Arrival<http://arrival.arizona.edu>. Thank you to all of you who assisted in making this dream for our team become a reality. We are so excited for this new orientation experience for our students, and we are ready to dive into the Summer season. 🎉

This morning, all incoming first-year, transfer, international and domestic students currently registered for orientation were notified via email and text that their Arizona Arrival was open. Students are able to access Arizona Arrival through either of those communications, but also through Next Steps Center or directly through arrival.arizona.edu<http://arrival.arizona.edu>. Students are able to sign in via SSO using their NetID and password. This will connect them to their student record and ensure that their responses and completion are captured.

For Staff Access to the portal, you can create a Staff Account here<https://arrival.arizona.edu/?memberType=Staff>. While SSO is set up on the platform, it is only for the student population, so please ensure that you select Create New Staff Account if you're a first-time user. As you are navigating, understand that you might not be able to see every page of the platform as a student does.

If you're reviewing Arizona Arrival and something looks to not be right with your content or any other information, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know. We are in the process of formalizing requests for content edits and updates within Arizona Arrival. @Heyen, Cassie<mailto:cassie at arizona.edu> will be our lead Business Analyst organizing this platform. While we formalize this process for requests, please email both Cassie & I for any requested content, media or other changes.

Lastly, we wanted to share that we have internally extended the Enrollment Fee Refund Deadline for first-year, domestic students. As many of you know, today is the official deadline for those requests, but we will be extending the deadline to Wednesday, May 22nd. This will allow for a little more flexibly for our incoming students regarding this payment, as we know this year has been a tough year for students, particularly regarding the FAFSA. We are not publicizing this date, and we ask that you keep this information internal. Please refer students/parents to our office for assistance.
