Hi Everyone,

UITS will be upgrading Hyland OnBase from version 17 to version 22 and moving it to AWS on June 18 and 19th. Please do not use Hyland OnBase from Monday, June 17, 4:00 p.m. through 9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 20, 9:00 a.m.

On Thursday June 20, the system will be made available again to users and you can log in at the normal URL, the same way you always do. All of our testing shows very little change in the look and feel of the website and how you will use the website.

For those of you that use the desktop installed version, we should already be in contact with your teams and you should know what to expect in the upgraded system.

Our apologies for this inconvenience. We expect these changes will result in far fewer service interruptions moving forward.
