Please review the email below. For today's Orientation group there was a system error when the prescheduler ran yesterday.

As you are meeting with your students today. Please check the grading basis for their classes. We will also make sure to highlight in the Academic Unit Meeting today that the students should also check their grading basis in UAccess.

Hi Everyone,



I’m aware of an issue related to some courses that are receiving a different grading basis than the typical GRD (Regular Grades).  I’ll be requesting a fix for this issue and will have something in by the next orientation.  In the meantime, I’ll also work on getting any student with a grading basis other than GRD updated, but it might not be by the time a student sees their schedule tomorrow, hopefully if there are questions advisors can help explain.  I’m sorry for the confusion, please let me know if you have any questions.
