Hello Agvisors,

Happy Wednesday! Can you believe it is July? 😱 This year is moving fast. First, we would like to thank you all again for your collegiality and support as we offer centralized support in Forbes through the month of July. Beginning July 8 - August 2, 2024, all Main Campus Agvisors will work in person, in Forbes 203, two days out of the 20 business days.

Update Trellis appointment locations to Forbes 203.

Maria will be at the front desk and letting you all know via IM when your in-person appointments are checked in.

Office Options - all of the offices will be unlocked. You may select which office you want to work in.

Forbes 203A - Serena's Office has a desktop
        *
Log onto the desktop using your NetID and password
     *
Forbes 203B - Nancy's Office has a docking stations, please bring your laptop
     *
Forbes 203C - Arianna's Office has a docking stations, please bring your laptop

Recommend bringing your own mouse.

Forbes 203D - Reed's Office has a docking stations, please bring your laptop

You may still have appointments available for your students during your regular times. Forbes office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. Please be available in person burning the 8:30am - 4:30pm hours. Maria leaves at 4:30pm and will lock the 203 suite. The Forbes building main entrance doors on the east and west entrances of the building will be unlocked from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

We are working on a FAQ page to support you all with any general questions you may receive. We do have a refrigerator and microwave if you want to store your lunch and warm up food. We also have a water station so you can fill your bottles or cups.

In the event of an emergency or illness and you are not able to make your day in Forbes, we ask you to post in our Agvisors chat if someone can support and cover your in-person shift.

As we mentioned, we will have other Career & Academic Services (CAS) staff present in the office as well. We highly encourage you to chat and connect with our CAS colleagues! I am attaching an excel of which CAS team members will be working in Forbes for you reference.
