[Agvisors] Academic Warning/Probation Holds Being Added

Hello Agvisors,

Happy Friday! Today Arianna and I will be adding AMA holds to the Academic Warning and Probation students who have not scheduled and/or met with a CAS Advisor. This spans across Distance, Main and Online students.

If students currently have appointments scheduled with a CAS Advisor, we will not place the hold but if they are a No Show to the meeting, CAS will place the AMA hold on the students' account.

  *
Probation - 22 students will have holds placed on their accounts.
  *
Warning - 50 students will have holds placed on their accounts.

We are using the Academic Eligibility Student Lists and Contract Tracking sheets<https://arizona.box.com/s/1uvtomunwawmincohirynelyh2e7i9mc>. Arianna and I will add notes on the Excel Sheet about who has a hold placed on their account.

CAS Advisors have completed multiple attempts to contact students including emails, phone calls and text messages.
