[Agvisors] Training for change of major provisioning

Hi wonderful agvisors!!
We will be adding the change of major ability to our functions sometime this fall. Before we get started on getting you the appropriate provisioning, please complete this training in Edge<https://arizona.sabacloud.com/Saba/Web_spf/NA7P1PRD161/app/me/learningeventdetail/cours000000000003171;spf-url=common%2Fledetail%2Fcours000000000003171> if you haven't yet done so.  Please complete the training (which take about 90 minutes) by Oct 4th.  We will also have an in-person training to go over the processes and CALES policies for changing majors in early to mid-October. Once all trainings have been completed, we will request the provisioning for changing majors in UAccess. Completing the online Edge training ahead of time will make the provisioning process go faster.
