Hello Agvisors,
Happy Friday! We are 21 days away from our upcoming Transfer Orientation. In this email, we include reminders. Our April 26 Orientation will follow the old format of orientation.

  1.
CALES Academic Unit Meeting from 9:00 – 9:50am
     *
I sent you all a calendar invite if you would like to see how we cover the content in this session. From the notes I see on the feedback form, the CAS Advising team already addresses a lot of the questions and items you all are pointing out so far.
     *
Attendance confirmation email will be sent to Agvisors listserv by 9:30am if not sooner.

Schedule Review - Academic Advising Appointments/Group Meeting will BEGIN at 10:00am
     *
Honors is moving their required session to Thursdays. Which means we can start meeting with students right at 10:00am. As a college, we ask that you make your schedules available starting at 10:00am to make this student experience seamless.
     *
After the attendance email confirmation is sent to Agvisors (by 9:30) we ask that each advisor schedule their students and also send email notifying them of the zoom link that will start at 10am. Please copy CALES-advising at teams.arizona.edu<mailto:CALES-advising at teams.arizona.edu> on the email so we can assist in referring students to the appropriate links.
