Dear colleagues,

It's once again time for the annual curriculum update! The Office of Curricular Affairs will manage the process again this year and we're excited to work with you to make those little adjustments that keep our undergraduate academic advisement reports accurate and up-to-date.

Undergraduate standard updates are called for annually each fall to take effect the following catalog year. The UAccess Curriculum Update module will be open from September 18 - October 31, 2023, for the 2024-25 catalog.

Curricular Updates, depending on the level of change, may be categorized as either standard<https://academicadmin.arizona.edu/curricular-affairs/modifications-programs/standard-curriculum-modifications> or substantial<https://academicadmin.arizona.edu/curricular-affairs/modifications-programs/substantial-curriculum-modifications>. Substantial changes require committee approval and a full proposal process. Please email curricular_affairs at list.arizona.edu<mailto:curricular_affairs at list.arizona.edu> with any questions, or if you are uncertain whether your curricular updates meet the substantial change threshold.
