My name is Frank Santiago, I have over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership development. I serve in a volunteer capacity with the Department of Agricultural Education & Innovation as a Designated Campus Colleague and work professionally in sales as a Territory Manager.

I am chartering a chapter of the National Professional Ag Students Organization (PAS). There will be an information session on November 30 at 5pm-6pm in Saguaro Hall 219.

The PAS is a student-led organization that allows students to build and sharpen their skills through competitive style learning and real-life application through several individual and team competitions.

As chapter advisor I will focus on developing your professional soft skills for the Individual Competitions such as Sales, Promotion & Marketing (See list below). Professional soft skills are transferable skills which will make you the most competitive applicant for your dream job, internship, graduate or professional program!

I will help find content experts for the Team Contests you wish to compete in. We will compete at the National PAS Conference on March 12-14 in Springfield, IL.
