[Agvisors] UPDATE to YOUR ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT: Winter 23 & Spring 24 Registration

Good morning, Agvisors!

I have an updated enrollment appointment list in Box<https://arizona.box.com/s/d866bkpjzcdrwex2xjceyug0uhiygp8k> for you. Since I last pulled, we had several students change majors in and out of CALES, so there isn't a great way to see who specifically had a change in enrollment appointment.

The Registrar did send out student communications, so we are covered. Additionally, as shared at the start of the semester in the outreach calendar - the college is sending notifications to students on the morning their enrollment appointment opens. Updated lists are going to the right folks this morning - so we are covered on student outreach for the moment.

Per the outreach calendar, reminders will also be sent to students who don't enroll on their earliest enrollment date 2-3 business days after. I will also be providing updated non-registration lists and a mechanism to record information on students who do plan on taking a break or not returning to the University of Arizona.

Update from Associate Registrar:

"The list we used didn't have college on it so there's no quick way to send or share that with college included for you to sort through.

Students whose appointments were updated did get a direct email from our office yesterday letting them know of the change and inviting them to check their student center. Important note is that no appointment was updated to today, the earliest new date for any student on the list was moving them up to the senior enrollment date on Monday the 6th, so rest assured no one got the notification yesterday who all the sudden was changed to enrollment today with short notice.

The enrollment appointment dashboard in analytics should be up to date now with all current enrollment appointments. Advisors or other college users should be able to utilize that dashboard to pull an updated list of students with each enrollment appointment for their college (cc'ing Danielle as I think she is often the one to do that data pull for your teams).

Hello Everyone -

You might be aware that the priority registration enrollment appointment assignments made last week were based on start of term academic level and not point in time earned units as we had originally hoped. After this was brought to light, we were able to identify around 1,500 students who would benefit from an earlier appointment based on their current earned units (including earned 7W1 and transfer units). As of this afternoon all affected students have been assigned an updated enrollment appointment and have received an email (shown below) to inform them of the update and invite them to review their new enrollment appointment date in student center.
