[Agvisors] CALS Graduation Convocation on May 13th: We need your help!

Everyone,

Those of you at the Agvisors meeting this morning heard Jim Hunt's request for assistance with the CALS graduation convocation on May 13.  I'm writing to reinforce that plea:   we really need your help!

Please mark your calendars for the afternoon of Saturday, May 13th.  The CALS graduation convocation will be held in the McKale Center from 2:00 - 4:00pm.  We expect our usual crowd of 5,000+ attendees.  Consequently, we can use all the help from the CAS and Agvisors teams that we can get.  These graduations ceremonies twice a year (December and May) and are the capstone events for our students and their families.  If you haven't attended one you'll be amazed at the family turnout.  We want to make these enormous milestone events as smooth and special as we can.  Consequently,  I consider them "all-hands-on-deck" events for everyone on the team.  When the call comes for assistance from our CAS organizing team, please respond promptly and positively.  Your help will be appreciated very much!    And it will be a great way to celebrate your advisees' success.
