Hi Agvisors,

It's that time of year again! The 2023 Move Arizona Challenge<https://lifework.arizona.edu/events-workshops/move-arizona> runs February 23 to April 19, 2023. Last year we had two teams (Agvisors/Sassy Saguaros) compete and logged 18,152 minutes. If you're interested in joining the team please fill out this form<https://uarizona.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7aKp3drc3bDf4Z8> by February 8. Don't worry, you do not have to go to the gym every.single.day. The Challenge accepts all types of activity. Feel free to dance, walk your animals, clean the house- it all counts!
