The University of Arizona has partnered with the USDA-NRCS to provide internship opportunities and workshops specifically for UA students.

We wanted to reach out and let you know that we will be having another information session on Tuesday, February 7th at 5:30PM on Zoom. This session will focus on:

  *   NRCS Employee Panel
  *   Creating a Federal Resume
  *   Overview of the USDA & NRCS, potential jobs, responsibilities, and hiring pathways
  *   Paid summer internship opportunities with the USDA reserved for U of A students(application closes Feb 15th<https://uarizona.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0TlKrCZUD12C9PE>)
     *   Recruiting students majoring in Soil Science, Rangeland Management, Natural Resources, Civil/Agricultural/Environmental engineering, or other related majors
     *   Internship benefits include stipend, housing allowance, travel allowance, and financial support to attend professional development conference (MANRRS, Cultivating Change, etc.)
  *   And more!
This session is a great opportunity to learn more about your career options and give you an inside look at how to prepare your resume for federal internships and job applications.
