[Agvisors] Volunteers Needed - 2023 Graduation Events!

Hello, Academic Advising Colleagues:

We’re looking forward to another great graduation season; we need your help to make these events a success for our students!

CALS Senior Sendoff
Friday, May 12
10 – 11:30 am | Old Main Lawn

CALS Graduation Convocation
Saturday, May 13
2 pm | McKale Center

We need volunteers to help with a variety of tasks:

  *   Event set-up (décor, transporting materials)
  *   Event check-in, greeting students, directing guests
  *   Assisting with crowd control (student lines, processional)
  *   Assisting with tear-down
  *   Smiling and being a welcome representative of CALS

NEW! Volunteers will be receiving an athletic, moisture-wicking college-branded t-shirt to wear at these graduation events. 😊

Please review volunteer dates/commitments and register to help through this form by Thursday, May 4.<https://forms.office.com/r/xvPwyJjAHq> Folks who compete the volunteer form to assist with one or more event will be invited to a meeting the week-of graduation to review logistics.
