  *   Juniors:
NVD: Apply now during your junior year to participate during your senior year! In just one year, you'll build a new venture from the ground up. Working closely with students from other fields of study as well as mentors, industry experts, investors and real-world entrepreneurs, you'll go from early-stage idea to launch-ready venture.   *   Need a minor?!:
The McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship's minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation<https://eller.arizona.edu/programs/undergraduate/academics/minors/entrepreneurship> equips the University of Arizona undergraduate students with the practical skills, innovative mindset and real-world experiences necessary to be competitive in their field of choice.

  *   Want a certificate?:
Undergraduate students admitted into the McGuire NVD Program from colleges outside of Eller have the option to receive a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Development on their transcript for completing both ENTR 487 and ENTR 484 and either MKTG 480 or FIN 480.   *   Information session:
Look, I get it. When you hear "information session<https://eller.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2mkgveRzTOCFxn8>" I can feel your eyes glaze over through this email. Some people may even say information sessions are a total snooze fest! But don't worry we're going to show you how our entrepreneurship program is going to help you make every workday more fun for the rest of your life and maximize your skills, so you never have a boring workday!
We are specifically looking for students to apply to NVD as:

  *   juniors that will apply now to participate their senior year (engineering students can apply as sophomores)
  *   graduate/PhD students at any level of study (that still have one year left)

Apply now, to be in the program next Fall 23 - Spring 24 (23-24). (This program is not available to UA online students)
Please note: This is a competitive program and not all that apply will be admitted. Step one is application due October 31st , step two is interview in November, step three is orientation in April 2023.

My name is Jordan Elias and I work in the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship here at UA. We have a program for entrepreneurs to build a venture and learn everything they need to know about starting a business during their senior year. The students apply as juniors and applications are due October 31st. We would love to find out the best way to get our word out to your students and possibly connect with planners and professors in your department to do info sessions for classes or events that are junior heavy.

Would you be able to assist me with this? I would love to send over an information email for you to send to your students, but would also enjoy finiding a way to connect with them in person.
