Undergraduate Students: Apply for degree candidacy in your UAccess Student Center. Spring and Summer graduates have a deadline of February 1st of the intended semester and Fall and Winter graduates have a deadline of September 1st of the intended semester. A $50 application fee will apply, and a $50 Late Candidacy Application will be applied for late applications. 3 | Complete Final Degree Requirements

Undergraduate Students: After submitting the application for degree candidacy, degree candidates must contact and meet with their Academic Advisor to initiate the Degree Audit Worksheet (DAW). The DAW is a form required by Graduation Services, which will communicate your plan to complete your final degree requirements. This form must be completed by your advisors and returned to your Graduation Services Advisor.
