Hello All,

Seeking help and clarification regarding SSRI emails to academic eligibility probation students. I checked our CARSS Box folder for academic eligibility communications, and I do not see anything SSRI related for Spring 2022, yet. Do we know what communications SSRI has already sent to students?
I was informed by a student that SSRI sent an assessment survey for them to fill out, do we know any other details of their emails to probation students?

Another inquiry: Once a student has submitted SSRI's assessment survey, is there a timeline of when SSRI will send additional emails to students? Is there someone in SSRI that we can contact to inquire for more information?
Will SSRI emails use Trellis or other tracking so that we can review them and see if students have opened them?
I have a student that responded to SSRI's assessment around Jan. 6, and as of today, Feb. 1, the student hasn't heard back. I understand that the SSRI interventions are to be provided to students after the assessment and depends on the student's responses, but knowing more information will be helpful. Thank you in advance for providing any information shared by SSRI.

The uncertainty of what's to come next may be causing additional stress to probation students. I think it would be helpful if advisors can have a estimated timeline of when SSRI will respond to students, and any additional information like sample interventions students may be provided by SSRI. Then, when we connect with probation students, we can provide some insight as to the SSRI process and potential interventions; their knowing more info may ease how they may be feeling regarding their eligibility status and any future next steps needed.

Thank You,
