Hi there!

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Ramon Lopez Serrano (they/them) and I currently serve as one of the coordinators for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

It’s that time of year again, and after two years, we are now able to have the annual Guerrero Student Center Convocation once again in person! That also means that we will be needing all the help we can get!

This year, convocation will take place on Wednesday, May 11th 2022 at 7pm in Centennial Hall.

I know many of you have done this in the past, so your experience and knowledge would be greatly appreciated as we restart one of GSC’s longest-lived traditions of celebrating our students and their accomplishments.

Below, you will find a link to a short survey that will serve as both a volunteer sign-up for those interested, and an availability poll to gauge when would be a good time to hold a volunteer orientation/training for this event.

We are currently looking for any and all levels of experience, and there is a large variety of roles that need to be filled so we appreciate everyone who is interested in helping! We would also appreciate you sharing this link with anyone that you know or feel would be interested in volunteering for this event! A flyer will be sent out soon with this information and sign-up link as well.
