Hello Agvisors: A heads up that the CALS Graduation Convocation RSVP is now open. All undergraduate and graduate students eligible/interested in walking in the December ceremony received the message below. You don’t need to do anything at all – just wanted to give you a heads up.

Congratulations to the CALS Class of 2021! The College of Agriculture & Life Sciences is eager to celebrate your success at our in-person celebrations: the CALS Senior Sendoff and the CALS Graduation Convocation.

CALS undergraduate and graduate students from all campuses - Main, Online, Distance, and South - are invited to participate alongside their families/supporters.
Steps to Complete Your RSVP
Use your UA NetID to log in through eSMS (the CALS student management system). Click on the "Convocation" tab on the top blue navigation bar.
When prompted answer the following:

  *   Number of guest tickets for the graduation ceremony (max of 10)
  *   Your personal information
  *   Your Senior Sendoff attendance & guest count
  *   Photo & Quote Upload
The eSMS Convocation module is open through 12/6/2021 for to you to complete, return, and/or edit your response.

Graduation FAQ
For the December ceremony, how many tickets can I request?
- Short answer: 10
- Long answer:

  *   The December CALS Graduation Convocation is held in Centennial Hall. For that reason, all guests must have a ticket. Students can initially request a maximum of 10 guest tickets.
  *   Tickets will be available for pick up in the Forbes Building, Room 211 between 9 am - 3 pm on these three days:
•    Tuesday, December 7
•    Wednesday, December 8
•    Thursday, December 9
  *   If tickets are remaining after the 12/6 RSVP deadline, students will be allowed to request additional tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be notified by email the week of December 13 if additional tickets are available.
What happens at the Convocation ceremony?
All students who participate in the in-person Convocation ceremony will:

  *   have their name read,
  *   walk across stage,
  *   receive a medallion as a graduation memento,
  *   be hooded (Master's and Doctoral students only).
Additionally, all guests will receive a print program listing the names of all graduating students.
