[Agvisors] Fall 2021 Freshmen Orientation Preschedule information requests (main campus)

Greetings Agvisors and happy Friday:

Hope the transfer orientation advising sessions went well. We had a full session with 100% attendance.

Information below is the same as Teams Agvisors chat post from this afternoon, now posting via email per request.

Information request:
As we continue preparing for freshmen orientations your assistance is requested on course pre-schedule information.  Schedule for Success (S4S) team has asked for specific major courses section information for each CALS major so they don't pre-schedule students into Math100/SAS100AX sections that would conflict with a major-core related class. Refer to Box link here<https://arizona.box.com/s/yva8noa93s75dkz64wqiu2iww2b2yq7h> or thread CARSS - CALS Orientations - 2021 Freshmen Orientations - Preschedules - CALS Summer 2021 Orientation FR preschedules by major.  Some majors already have information entered, but ask you review it for accuracy. Please complete by this Monday 5/24. You can also post your updates by replying to this email (no need to reply all).

Below is an example on what is being asked using Precision Health and Wellness as major. The two major core courses are NSC275 and NSC101. The last column asks if CAS advisor may overenroll manually if class is closed by the time preschedules run automatically (the system will not override closed sections, but we can do it manually). If yes, list the true capacity.   Other courses listed on the preschedule in order of preference (Math, Engl, CALS195C, MCB, CHEM...) don't require specific course information since there are multiple sections to choose from and should not interfere with S4S courses.
