[Agvisors] Action Required: Probation & Warning Databases

Good afternoon, Agvisors,

As you are all aware, the appeals process has begun for probation students who are at risk of becoming ineligible. The deadline students can submit without being automatically dropped from any future enrollment is June 4th, however appeal reviews will begin May 24th. It is crucial to this process that all of our tracking is updated and reflective of their Spring semester engagement. As a reference, further information on academic eligibility appeals may be found here<https://registrar.arizona.edu/academic-eligibility>.

Action Item: We are asking that each of you please update each of your students on the following two databases to make sure all meetings have been entered and a brief comment is provided in the "Notes" column regarding anything you know about their participation in the required intervention. Once this has been completed and you have double-checked each of your students, please navigate to the second tab in each document labeled "Advisor Confirmation" and fill out the two columns next to your name. If you don't have any students in your major(s)/cohort, please still initial to indicate that no additional follow-up is needed on our end.

Please be sure that you have entered any notes into eSMS, as well, for each of the students. As a reminder for eSMS, most note types are pushed to Trellis and you can verify this when you select the category for your note and in the "Type" column as indicated in the screenshots below. We appreciate your timely attention to this to ensure the appeals committee have the most up to date information and that our team can accurately compile data for future semesters.
