Hello Agvisors: You and your graduating students all received the email below. The two most urgent actions in this email are medallion pick up and COVID-19 compliance criteria. If you could also reach out to your graduating students with these messages that would be very helpful:

  * Medallion pick up: More than 200 students participating in the ceremony still need to pick up their medallion. The last chance is Thursday, May 13 from 10am-3pm. Medallions will NOT be brought to the contactless ceremony.
  * COVID-19 Criteria: More than 300 students between CALS and College of Education are not yet in compliance. For those students, it’s highly recommend they take free rapid antigen test in the UArizona testing system no later than noon today/Wednesday (the day before our ceremony). Appointments can be scheduled here<https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/CommencementCeremonyTesting@emailarizona.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/>.
     * Students must arrive at the ceremony with a completed Wildcat Wellcheck<https://wellcheck.arizona.edu/>.
     * Students who don’t meet the criteria will not be allowed entry into the stadium.

REQUIRED: COVID-19 Student Testing Expectations
**Students who do not meet the testing or vaccination criteria outlined below WILL NOT be allowed entry to graduation and must participate virtually.**

In order to participate in the in-person graduation ceremony<https://t.e2ma.net/click/vwxwod/3am76l/nyxbru> students MUST have one of the following:

  * Students must provide a negative COVID-19 test OR
  *   proof of vaccination OR
  * proof of a recent positive test (within 14-90 days of your ceremony).
It is strongly recommended that all graduates take a free rapid antigen test in the UArizona testing system no more than 72 hours prior to your ceremony and no later than noon the day before your ceremony. These are strict deadlines as they will ensure your test results are ready in time for your ceremony.
Special graduation testing will be available May 10 to May 18 from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the North Ballroom in the Student Union. Students can make an appointment through our exclusive graduation scheduler.<https://t.e2ma.net/click/vwxwod/3am76l/3qybru>

  * If you are unable to take a test through the UArizona testing system, you may submit a negative test result from an off-campus testing center such as Walgreens, CVS, county testing site, etc. You must take a test no more than 72 hours prior to your ceremony, and a negative test result must be uploaded<https://t.e2ma.net/click/vwxwod/3am76l/jjzbru> and received prior to the event. We recommend you keep a hard copy or photo of your test result as a backup.
  * Students who will be two weeks post-second/final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine will not need to test. Upload your vaccination record<https://t.e2ma.net/click/vwxwod/3am76l/zb0bru> to Campus Health for review. This record must be uploaded at least three days prior to your graduation ceremony.
