[Agvisors] FR Orientation preschedules and S4S information - June 30

Greetings Agvisors Team:

Happy end of month orientation!  June 30  preschedules are uploaded in Box folder<https://arizona.box.com/s/w445yoktulq349rztabrxledxq4r4sa6> (June 30 Preschedules).  Current Schedule 4 Success (S4S) student list may be accessed here<https://arizona.box.com/s/f7rbmr75k8bnwmv737g86gxw23hx4kfh> – (24 of 39 students).  Yesterday we had perfect attendance at the TR session. We plan to have updated numbers from all orientation sessions at the Agvisors meeting this Thursday. Thanks to Ruben and Erin for their ongoing outreach to students that had been coded as ‘no-shows’; many rescheduled soon after.

Enter course change requests by 9:45am at excel document<https://arizona.box.com/s/05gnvgviad7nbfk19e8bjhxpjpl502z6> (refer to sheet with appropriate orientation date).   Entering the 5 digit course number on the document is appreciated. Updated preschedules will be upload to Box before college meeting at 11:30am.  If we do not get to all requests, students may be referred to CAS drop-in and virtual registration lab<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/83994140226> between 1-4pm. Student Orientation Leaders (SOLs) will be available to assist them in navigating UAccess Student Center. Updated student list<https://arizona.box.com/s/0c43h5qx61vfsyye28vo1e1m3cdcqqmo> will be sent to this listserv after college meeting.

CALS ASEMS application deadline is July 9.  Teresa Cortez will continue to be available during the virtual registration lab assistance  to address any questions students may have on the program. ASEMS eligible students are coded on the orientation student list<https://arizona.box.com/s/0c43h5qx61vfsyye28vo1e1m3cdcqqmo> – refer to ASEMS eligible sheet.

An orientation debrief is scheduled today from 4-4:30pm via Zoom<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/81632187489>.  Questions and feedback may also be sent through the Teams IM Agvisors chat, email  advising at cals.arizona.edu<mailto:advising at cals.arizona.edu> or through Teams individual IM. You may also drop-in the virtual registration lab between 1-4pm.
