[Agvisors] Curriculum checks

Hi Jim,

A few clarifying questions:

  *   Which academic year is being used that we are to check against in the "UA Degree Plan Analytics"?
     *   For example, EWREBS AY 21-22 has a change in requirements from 20-21 AY.
  *   The plan lists specific gen eds in specific semesters, does that matter, or are we confirming the gen eds are simply listed?
  *   Would CALS195C course be added in or are we not checking for this incoming 1st year student Fall semester course?
  *   Do we know how these "plans" came to be?  Were our general 4 year semester plans or ADVIPs used?
     *   Curious because there are a couple of specific courses reflected in EWREBS for example, that are not required however, they are listed in the "plan".
  *   Are we confirming course requirements, total units and UD units, or just that the course requirements are reflected in the plan?
  *   How do you prefer we communicate to you the needed edits?  For example, in a list with the semester and the course identified, or a PDF with comments on each edit needed?

I’d like to verify whether or not we have captured them correctly.  There are three small vertical bars in the upper lefthand corner of this webpage.  If you click on them, you should see a list of all programs.

I will work to set up a U-CAAC meeting in about a month (i.e., mid-July).  If you have any items you’d like to put on the agenda, please let me know.
