[Agvisors] IMPORTANT: Orientation and Zoom links

Hello Agvisors,

I hope this email finds you well. In an effort to cut down on the amount of excel sheets and other documents we use for orientation, we will be asking for you to double check the following orientation lists:

Freshmen orientation, 6.23.21: https://arizona.box.com/s/3d45g5x6cs95xqro15d0gqyf6xcberoy

Transfer orientation, 6.29.21: https://arizona.box.com/s/27n6mov60oaouy02fhwhzuohtudbgeli

Please check to make sure we have the correct zoom link, as well as how you plan on meeting your students i.e. group or individual and if CAS advisors are scheduling for you. Once you have a chance to check, can you please initial so we know that you had the opportunity to look it over. For example:

Once you have made these specifications on the freshmen and orientation attendance sheets, we will be sure to copy it over to the other dates of orientation for freshmen and transfer. With vacations coming up and life events, we know there are times when you are having someone else cover orientation for you. Can you please make sure to update the attendance sheet for that particular orientation? We would like for you to indicate who will be covering for you, zoom link for the person covering for you, and group or individual and if you would like for us to schedule the appointments. This helps us during orientation on how to appropriately direct students. Please let us know if you have any questions.
