[Agvisors] FR Orientation preschedules and S4S list - June 14

Greetings Agvisors Team:
Happy start to the week! The June 14  preschedules are uploaded in Box folder<https://arizona.box.com/s/w445yoktulq349rztabrxledxq4r4sa6> (June 14 Preschedules V1).  Most students are at 12 units, but will continue working on those that aren't, yet. We may also have changes automatically take place if students place out of Schedule 4 Success (S4S) this morning. S4S students will continue to be added to CALS195C as indicated below.
Please enter necessary course change requests by 9:45am on this excel document<https://arizona.box.com/s/05gnvgviad7nbfk19e8bjhxpjpl502z6> (refer to sheet with appropriate orientation date).   It's extremely helpful if you enter the 5 digit course number on the document. We'll check availability on the requests and upload updated schedules before college meeting at 11:30am.  If we do not get to all requests, students may be referred to CAS drop-in and virtual registration lab<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/83994140226> between 1-4pm. Student Orientation Leaders (SOLs) will be available to assist them in navigating UAccess Student Center. Updated student list<https://arizona.box.com/s/tbily9nxemkp5e6p605dk4ejp5kiku9g> for the session will be sent to this listserv after college meeting.
As a friendly reminder, Teresa Cortez with CALS ASEMS is available during the virtual registration lab assistance  to address any questions students may have on the program. All eligible students are coded on the orientation student list<https://arizona.box.com/s/tbily9nxemkp5e6p605dk4ejp5kiku9g> - refer to ASEMS eligible sheet.
Our next debrief will take place Wednesday from 4-4:30 but still welcome feedback.  You may also log into the registration lab assistance zoom link with CAS advisors, SOLs and CALS ASEMS Specialist anytime from 1-4pm.  Breakout rooms are available for debrief option then.
