The National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), and its global awards program, of which includes 10,000 members across the United States, Puerto Rico, and 30 international countries has announced the 2021 award recipients.  CALS Career & Academic Services, Amanda Armendariz, has been recognized for her excellence in academic advising by NACADA for the below award.

NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising 2021 Outstanding Advising Award Winner in the Primary Advising category!
Amanda will receive the award plaque at NACADA's Annual National Convention, to be held in Cincinnati, Ohio in October 2021.  UArizona and CALS now have two consecutive years of NACADA recognition both regionally and nationally/globally for academic advisors within our institution.
