As staff at the University of Arizona, we are in the prioritized group 1B<https://news.arizona.edu/story/covid-19-vaccinations-begin-uarizona> to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. However, if you were not one of the fortunate UArizona staff to snag a coveted vaccine appointment last week, read on:

  *   There are limited appointments through the Arizona Department of Health Services<https://www.azdhs.gov/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/index.php#novel-coronavirus-find-vaccine> (ADHS) in the Phoenix area
  *   First, register through the website
     *   Have your insurance information (card) ready, as the site asks for your insurance details
  *   The site will have you complete a survey, and then, provide times/dates
  *   You may want to search in the Glendale area (and thus, use that Zip Code as a guide), as ADHS opened up additional times <https://ein.az.gov/emergency-information/emergency-bulletin/state-partners-opening-247-covid-19-vaccination-site-state> throughout the month of February at State Farm Stadium

Let me know if you have any questions. The ADHS process is a bit challenging, however, if you're tenacious, you may end today with a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
