Hello Agvisors: Club updates for your reference and also to share with below with clubs/orgs that you work with. Thank you!

#1: Virtual Club Fair
CALS is hosting a spring Virtual Club Fair on 2/18 from 2 - 3:30 pm. Any CALS club/organization is welcome to participate by signing up here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GV9jvIjlQ617kHL2uHUF7yRaAkG0DV-IVzqwAtpn2iY/edit?usp=sharing

#2: CALS Instagram: Club Recruitment videos
In advance of the CALS Virtual Club Fair, all clubs are encouraged to submit a short video that will be shared on CALS IG. Erin Englund is coordinating this content. Details are below; email Erin with any questions (ekowalsky at email.arizona.edu<mailto:ekowalsky at email.arizona.edu>)

Speaking Outline:

  *   30 seconds max, filmed vertical
  *   Introduce yourself
  *   Why a student would want to join their club/what cool things their clubs do/what you've gotten out of the club
  *   Spring 2021 virtual meeting times/relevant info
  *   How to join the club when their club meets virtually, and how to get connected
  *   Please also provide a written transcription of what was said in the video
  *   You can touch upon all or some of the above!

#3: AgriLife Council Membership
A heads up that this information has already been shared with the clubs that are part of the CALS AgriLife Council (member clubs listed below). Do you work with a club that's not yet represented in the AgriLife Council? Clubs can join at any point during the year; interested leaders can email me directly to join.
