Happy Monday and February 1st!

This is an optional team opportunity for the Move Arizona event<https://lifework.arizona.edu/events-workshops/move-arizona> through Life & Work Connections<https://lifework.arizona.edu/>.

By signing up for Move Arizona, you're "making moves" (pun intended!) toward a healthier, happier future. So check in with your team captain, dig out your comfiest workout clothes, and get ready to start logging your minutes.

This is an eight week initiative to get us moving. The event is from February 7 - April 3. Aim for 150-300 minutes of moderate physical activity - brisk walking, dancing, riding a bike, even pushing a lawn mower or scrubbing a bathtub - during each of the eight weeks of Move Arizona<https://lifework.arizona.edu/events-workshops/move-arizona>.
