[Agvisors] Volunteers: 12/16 Senior Sendoff

Hello Agvisors, CAS:

CALS is hosting an in-person Senior Sendoff on Thursday, 12/16 from 11:30 am - 1 pm at the Forbes Building. The event will primarily be held outside in the Forbes courtyard. Volunteer roles/shifts include:

  *   8 am - 11 am, Set-up/Decorating (inside and outside)
  *   11 am - 11:50 am, Check in (outside, on the Forbes front porch)
  *   12:15 - 1 pm, Gift Set-up/Hand out (inside, in the Forbes lobby)

In addition to celebrating with our graduating students, volunteers will enjoy a catered lunch from Tucson Tamale!

Finally: The CALS Graduation Convocation ceremony will be held on Friday, 12/17 starting at 9 am in Centennial Hall. If you're interested in volunteering for that please email Maria Bueno (mbueno at email.arizona.edu<mailto:mbueno at email.arizona.edu>).
