Please take a moment to review your department(s) sections on the attached Excel spreadsheet, Spring 2021 Unassigned Schedule of Classes sections. These are the section meetings that our optimization system is currently expected to try and assign to centrally scheduled classrooms.



These are the aspects that we would like to address for these section meetings:

  1.  Do these section meetings need a centrally scheduled classroom or are they intended to be assigned a departmentally scheduled classroom?



  1.  Will the section meeting listed be conducted in a classroom or is the modality intended to be changed to Online or Remote (Live Online)?



  1.  Are the Requested Room Capacities and Enrollment Capacities in UAccess accurate? If it is a combined section, are those capacities correctly noted in the Combined Sections Table in UAccess?

(If the meeting is part of a combined section, the combined section ID is the third set of digits in the "Cross-List" column of the Excel spreadsheet, ex. 2211_1_0874_UAZ00_1)





We would like to specifically address any issues with the section meetings listed in the Excel spreadsheet first and then will be happy to discuss any other sections issues you have noted.



We have meeting times available with several of our Room and Course Scheduling team members that you may request, during this week and next, to resolve any issues.
