Dear Campus Colleagues,
The Pandemic Academic Coordination<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=0a806a491672c1c01c9871382fc688cd3ad0b32b3359a3892501747c68e72aeb9fa32afdfcff35c1d09dd8e650c47fb2798fcedce3c99440> (PAC) workgroup has proposed the following recommendation, which will become effective immediately for Academic Year 2020-2021 to support students with institutional merit-based tuition scholarships.
This one-time change will allow institutional merit-based tuition scholarships to automatically renew for the 2021-2022 academic year at a non-rounded 2.80 cumulative University of Arizona grade point average and/or 27 University of Arizona graded units completed by the end of the 2020-2021 academic year (fall 2020 - summer 2021).  All other terms and conditions originally outlined at the time of awarding remain and can be reviewed via the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid<https://financialaid.arizona.edu/types-of-aid/scholarships/2020-2021-terms-and-conditions> (OSFA) website.
Impacted students will be notified of this one-time change via email by OSFA on November 25, 2020.
