[Agvisors] FW: Fall 2020 Academic Grading and Withdrawal Policies

Greetings Agvisors:

For your reference, below is the email students received regarding the updates on Fall 2020 academic grading and withdrawal policies.

The drop feature has been reactivated in UAccess Student Center.  As advisors we can also view it on from the Proxy view – from top menu select Enrollment – drop/add/swap.

Dates and deadlines calendar on Registrar site is updated but still lists the old 11/22 deadline to submit late change petition (as of this afternoon 5pm).  Registrar was made aware Tuesday morning and working on deleting that line.

Dear Wildcat Students,

The Pandemic Academic Coordination<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=f932d2575ac72b84e6c1450c1e8d05a8bd48ea2c649fd1af5f22ff2ad37fae014c4af30fbf692a3a59db1d8faea72b9c5ed7fcb9020c66a7> (PAC) workgroup has proposed the following two recommendations, which will become effective immediately for Academic Year 2020-2021:

  *   Suspend the ‘W’ Grade Unit Maximum<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=f932d2575ac72b84cd09d1ca4ae28f24e95b7aff07f4b95e8e40b8ed4d731c5a4276e720156d9114eec850f7cd2042dc19cfacafcdbc7032> (18 units) policy for Undergraduate students.
  *   Extend the Withdrawal deadline for the regular session fall semester to November 25th.
