[Agvisors] December Graduation: Help Needed!

Hello Agvisors: I need your help to make sure our December graduation video is as inclusive as possible!

Step 1: Only 69 students (ugrad and grad) have completed Step 1 for the December Graduation ceremony. That means there are still 176 students who have not completed Step 1.


  *   If you recall: Step 1 is the student's response to two simple questions: Do they want their medallion? Do they want to be publicly recognized in the graduation video (e.g. opt-in)? The deadline was 11/1; I extended it to 11/3 at 11:59 pm.   *   The attached excel sheet is all December graduation recipients. If the "event RSVP" field is blank, the student has not yet responded despite several emails. Any help you can provide in reaching out to the students who have not yet replied is greatly appreciated.

Also, FYI, Step 2 is now open as well. Students can learn more about the submission process here: https://cals.arizona.edu/cals-graduation-convocation. All students who completed Step 1 have started to receive communication about this submission process.
