Thanks Danielle for the email.  Copying Cecilia and Gabrielle on this email since they are the CALS lead contacts for commencement/convocation.  The college is still planning on how we will proceed with our graduates.  Updates will be shared widely on multiple lists and on the CALS commencement webpage.

It is suggested we all wait to announce anything to students aside from President Robbins message, until the college update is sent. If students reach out to you please let them know updates will be sent.  Will also keep the inquiry below in mind should students choose to return their graduation regalia.

Thanks to all for sharing suggestions and student concerns.  Your student support is appreciated!

If commencement/convocations are cancelled this semester, can the College advocate for students, to the UA Bookstore, to allow refunds of cap/gowns that were purchased?
Perhaps this is already an option being considered, but I wanted to inquire with CALS about it, just in case.  If anyone has heard anything about this, please share.  Thank You!

The cap/gown is $57.00
The tassel is $9.95
