Dear Campus Partners,
The email below was sent to all undergraduate students. It includes a list of student resources available online. Please help us spread the word. Share this link through social media and websites:
What student resources are available online?<https://studentsuccess.arizona.edu/resources>
We will update the list daily. If you have information on new resources, updates, or corrections, please email studentsuccess at email.arizona.edu<mailto:studentsuccess at email.arizona.edu>.
In the email below, you will also see that a version of Launch Pad for all students has been created. Launch Pad is a D2L site with student information and strategies for successfully navigating this time. If you would like access to this site, please email studentsuccess at email.arizona.edu<mailto:studentsuccess at email.arizona.edu>.
Thank you for all you are doing to support undergraduate student success!
Please let us know if you need anything.
Kind Regards,
Cynthia

Dear Student,
I hope this message finds you and yours healthy and well. The University of Arizona cares about you and wants to see you succeed this semester (and always!). As classes have moved online, I want to remind you that student services are still here for you. From tutoring to counseling to peer mentoring and beyond, you can still access many of our programs, people, and supports. Staff are available and looking forward to hearing from you. Don't be shy!
An updated list of all student success services will be maintained here.<https://studentsuccess.arizona.edu/sites/default/files/WHAT%20STUDENT%20RESOURCES%20ARE%20AVAILABLE%20ONLINE%202_0.pdf>
I am also glad to announce an instance of Launch Pad for all students. Launch Pad (on D2L) is a way to stay informed regarding the transition to online services as a result of COVID-19. You can use this site as a way to access campus resources, learn how to connect with an academic advisor, and prepare to be an effective online learner. To access Launch Pad, simply login to your D2L account.
During this time, please remember to check email and D2L multiple times per day. There are a ton of emails right now. It's a lot, we know. Below are some tips on how to manage your inbox.
Your resilience and commitment to your education during this challenging time is inspiring. Stay positive and let us know how we can help you. If you would like a weekly Motivational Monday text to start your week right, text Monday to 97779.
We believe in you.
Bear Down,
Cynthia Demetriou
Vice Provost Student Success & Retention Innovation

Email Strategies:
* Check your email at set times every day such as 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This will prevent email from distracting you when you are working on class activities or overwhelming you whenever a new message comes in. It is better to check email at set times than checking it constantly throughout the day.
* Create a clear filing system. Have a folder for each class as well as folder for University announcements and a folder for personal messages.
* Turn the sound alert off on your email so it does not distract you when you are studying.
* Scan your inbox before you start responding to messages so that you can respond to the most important emails, including messages from your instructors and academic advisor, first.
* Keep your eye out for scams and phishing email. Do not respond to emails that are not from an official University of Arizona email address. Do not click on links from people you do not know.
* If you are on unnecessary listservs or receiving messages from retailers, unsubscribe.
