[Agvisors] Probation Self-Assessment Results and Changes of Major

Hello everyone -

Lovely to see you this morning!

As promised, the information we received from Thrive regarding students on academic probation are now in Box<https://arizona.app.box.com/folder/66763134079>.  You will want to look for the documents titled "CALS Probation Students 2201" for CALS specific data, "Spring 2020 Probation Students - Demographic..." for all UA results, and "SBS Major Changes Below 2.0" for the majors allowing students to declare who have less than a 2.0 GPA.  Once we have a bit more information from Thrive regarding the specific interventions CALS students have been placed in, I will be sure to share that with you.

So that we have any program specific policies or practices within your majors for declaring while on warning or probation, please fill out this sheet<https://arizona.box.com/s/ksljsso46bzi384s7nib2zhpdif1olel>.  The document is saved in the policy folder on Box as well.

More info on the forms refresh will come as soon as I get a few things confirmed!
