[Agvisors] Students with Immunization Questions/Waivers

Dear colleagues,

Happy Monday! This morning, we had a first-year (i.e. freshman) student ask about immunizations and a non-medical waiver.

Immunization information for new students resides here<https://health.arizona.edu/new-student-immunization-requirements>. For students who seek non-medical exemptions (for religious or philosophical reasons), please have them contact the Campus Health Records department at 520-621-4068. The students who seek non-medical exemptions must complete additional paperwork with Campus Health in order to attend UA.
