[Agvisors] FR orientation preschedules and S4S - June 8

Greetings Agvisors:

The June 8th FR session preschedules have been uploaded to Box in their respective folders by dept/school.  Schedule for Success (S4S) team has been made aware of some students that could be in S4S but are not coded as such. We anticipate an update in the morning.  Thanks to CAS team for assisting with schedule modifications this evening.  Students have been enrolled in CALS195C as requested by major advisor or if they are in S4S cohort.  Below are the 22 CALS students in S4S for your reference.

Please enter preschedule change requests by 9am Monday morning - thanks.  For ACBS majors you will notice some students not enrolled in Math 112.  The only two in-person sections currently open as of this evening conflict with ACBS102R.  That math class is one that we know will have seat availability, the dept. hasn't released them yet. Students can add the class after advising. You can still note this on the preschedule change request if you would like and we'll check before advising if seats were opened.  All students can also be referred to CAS drop-in and virtual registration lab between 1-4pm. SOLs will be available to assist them in navigating UAccess Student Center.

If you haven't already, please look at the sample 'ideal' FR schedule by major and provide updates for future sessions there as well. The Excel sheet is saved in the same orientation Box folder all advisors access, saved as: CALS Summer 2020 Orientation FR sample schedules.  Thanks in advance.
