Subject: [uaac] Change of Schedule online Trellis form- Fall going offline Friday noon

Hi all,

I hope you are well.   We have decided to take the Change of Schedule form for the Fall 2020 offline as of Friday 7/31 afternoon and it will be back ‘live’ before the term begins, most likely on 8/17.  We are seeing some students utilize the add function for Fall 2020 classes – which should be handled through UAccess Student either through direct enrollment or via a class permission issued by the department.

Anything that is in the queue before we close the form will still be routed as appropriate, but wanted to give everyone enough time if you had any concerns or had directed students to use that process.

We have updated the change of schedule website to have the following announcement:
Students attempting to add or change classes for Fall 2020 should utilize UAccess Student Center.
