[Agvisors] Fall 2020 Welcome/Re-Entry

The Virtual Welcome for new Environmental Sciences majors will be held on Wednesday, August 19th from 9:00am to 1:00pm (our long standing annual event the Wednesday before the first day of classes).  Our Graduate Welcome and Orientation will be at noon the first day of classes, August 24.

We will also hold a general information and registration change Forum on Friday, August 14th from 7:00am to 1:00pm for all our majors including general information for parents.

Hello Agvisors: For Fall 2020, CALS is strategizing ways to welcome our new students/welcome back our returning students. To that end, we’re planning to host a series of virtual events before and during the first weeks of fall classes.



To help with planning, I was hoping to get your input on two questions:

  *   Is your department/major planning a virtual Welcome/major meet up event? If so, have you selected a date/time yet?
  *   If your department/major has not yet scheduled a virtual Welcome/major meet up event, would you be willing to do so?
