Greetings Danielle and entire Agvisors team,

Thank you for the email, Danielle.  Yesterday I also sent an email to the Registrar leadership regarding this same concern, but am awaiting a response. CAS advisors also couldn't locate any update notification on the date change and we had printed materials since late October 2019 publicizing the 2/12 GRO deadline. Additional information will be sent once an update is provided by the Registrar.  Danielle please do send us an update if you hear from them sooner.

Based on the response we'll plan outreach to the students at both department and college level.  We'll be running a report of all the students in CALS that are retaking a class this term and save it in Box. If you'd like to run your own report in the interim the report instructions may be found in Box - CALS Advising, Retention and Student Services - Forms

Hello AGvisors!

Yesterday I noticed in the dates & deadlines that the GRO filing deadline published is Feb. 11, however, when I printed & saved the dates & deadlines on Jan. 16, the published deadline was Feb. 12.
I wanted to send this out to the group in case you also saw the previous deadline and have inadvertently misinformed students.  I emailed an updated dates & deadlines out to AREC students and have emailed Patti Flanagan in the Registrar's office to confirm if it was indeed changed after the 1st day of classes, and asking if a notification can be sent out to UPAC to alert all advisors.  I can't find an email about the change, if one was sent out previously from Registrar.  Do any of you have an email about the deadline change?  I will update all of us when I receive a response from Patti.  Thank You!
