[Agvisors] RSVP: CALS Open House, 1/23

Hello Advisors,

CALS is hosting an Open House + Club Fair again this year. Based on your feedback from last year (and input from CALS clubs) we're holding the event on a Thursday during the late morning/early afternoon - specifically Thursday, January 23 from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm in the Forbes Building, Lobby & Courtyard. The event is an opportunity for all students - including Spring admits and exploratory students - to meet advisors, connect with clubs, and enjoy free pizza. All CALS and non-CALS students are encouraged to attend and will be invited.

CALS Open House + Club Fair
Thursday, January 23, 2020
10:30 am-1:30 pm, event time (plan to arrive a bit early to set up your table - interactive table setups are encouraged!)
Forbes Building, Lobby & Courtyard

CALS units will be in the Forbes Lobby. CALS student clubs will be outside in the Forbes Courtyard. Each unit and club will be provided a 6-foot table and two chairs.
