[Agvisors] CALS Student Pulse

Good morning -

CALS Pulse has wrapped for the semester! A summary of results is attached for your review. Here are a few highlights:

  *   440 responses were received throughout the fall semester
  *   Over 180 students were personally connected with support and resources
  *   Every major in CALS was represented
  *   Over 90% of students who responded to CALS Pulse are re-enrolled for Spring 2021 courses

We will continue to take the pulse of CALS students with quick, highly relevant surveys biweekly during the Spring semester. So that we can reach and support more students, we would love your help in getting the word out. Please let me know if you would be willing to be on a list to receive the survey link to share with your students. We saw the greatest results when instructors and advisors promoted the survey to their students on D2L pages and in newsletters.

Many thanks to everyone who assisted with generating questions, outreach ideas, and marketing. Special thank you to those who assisted with providing students with rapid responses to their needs and questions - Ryan Daily, Gabrielle Sykes-Casavant, Camille Andersen, Bridget Radcliff, the CAS Advising team, and CALS Agvisors. Shout out to Brian Berrellez and Nancy Rodriguez-Lorta whom were a key part of our planning and implementation team.
