[Agvisors] Prep for Agvisors Retreat

Good evening, Agvisors,

We will be discussing the following Ted Talk during Part I of our Retreat on Friday, the 11th: How to Turn off Work Thoughts During Your Free Time<https://www.ted.com/talks/guy_winch_how_to_turn_off_work_thoughts_during_your_free_time?utm_campaign=tedspread&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=tedcomshare>. We ask that you please watch this ahead of time. It is only about 12 minutes long.

Attached is a form titled "Collaborative Colleagues Initial Meeting". If you have a moment, we ask that you please fill out questions 1-10 for yourself in preparation for Part II of our retreat next Tuesday, even if you are not participating in the CC initiative. We will be reflecting on different developmental opportunities and this form will guide much of the discussion.
