[Agvisors] 4/17 Deadline: Two Grad Photo Requests

Hello Agvisors: A reminder to submit your department photos and faculty/staff headshots for the Jib Jab eCard! Photos submitted by today will be included in your department's highlight segment.

Regarding the headshots for Jib Jab: Your department heads and faculty likely have photos online. At a minimum, can you confirm that your faculty/heads are ok using their headshot in the lighthearted Jib Jab? If so, I'd be happy to grab the online photos and add them to your department's folder.

Hello Agvisors:

Thank you all for sharing names of potential students to interview for the CALS graduation video. The submission form<https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=BVXjXo7rKUmTfWRd9QEyiIlj9jQnHshEq6wEEk37XyZUMTBRVlhUUTlTUlBaNUlFT1NHVUwzTEQ4NiQlQCN0PWcu> remains open - please continue to add names through this Friday, April 17.

The production team also had two additional requests for advisors, specifically for photos:


  1.  Upload 5-7 department photos to a shared Box folder (you should all have access, let us know if additional colleagues need access): Box/Digital Graduation Convocation/Department Photos<https://arizona.app.box.com/folder/109771648855>
     *   FYI - the request for photos was also shared with the unit heads
     *   These photos will be used during the department highlight/opening section of the CALS graduation video



  1.  Upload faculty/staff headshots to a shared Box folder (you should all have access, let us know if additional colleagues need access): Box/Digital Graduation Convocation/Jib Jab<https://arizona.app.box.com/folder/109400372775>
     *   JibJabs<https://www.jibjab.com/> are funny eCards. Any headshots uploaded in your department's folder will be used as a fun, lighthearted way to close each department section of the CALS graduation video.
     *   I've added advisor headshots already. Please ask your faculty/staff if they'd be willing to share a headshot and, if so, upload it to the Box folder.

We're on tight timeline for the video - any photos you can add by Friday, April 17 will be included in the CALS graduation video!
