It was good connecting with you during our Agvisors meeting this morning!

for you as an internal consultant if you want to discuss a concerning
student situation or mental wellbeing topics.
Also, here are the details for the upcoming Wellbeing Wednesday student
events I announced. Please share with both your undergraduate and graduate
students. Thank you!!
*What*: Wellbeing Wednesdays - Student group wellness events
*When*: Wednesday's from 11:00AM - 12:00PM

*Topics*: See below for the different topics covered each Wednesday:
*4/15 - Creating a Well Rested Life* - Learn important steps you can take
to get more sleep, reduce digital toxicity and wake up feeling more
refreshed. Zoom
*4/29 - Creating a Calmer Life* - Learn important steps you can take to
prevent, reduce and respond to stress in your life so that you can better
focus on what is really important to you.
*4/29 - Creating a Meaningful Life* - Learn important steps you can take to
find more purpose and meaning in your life each day. We will explore ways
to reconnect and live out our core values.
*5/6 - Creating a Balanced Life* - Learn important steps you can take to
find better work & life balance. We will explore having healthy life
boundaries, how to set limits with others and how to avoid feeling burned
out.
