Hello community,

We are hosting the 13th annual "Out and Proud" Ad Project as a part of Coming Out Week 2019. This is a 4-page center spread in the Daily Wildcat celebrating the out and proud LGBTQA+ and Allied members of our university. The Ad will be published on Wednesday, October 9th, 2018 as part of National Coming Out Week.

If you would like to be included in the Ad, please fill out and submit this form no later than Monday, September 30th by 5 PM. Please double check that all of your information is correct before submitting this form. We cannot promise that your information will be corrected if it is submitted incorrectly.

The headline will read: "We are your friends, classmates, professors, colleagues, co-workers, and health care providers, and we are OUT and PROUD. We are just a few of the talented and committed lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, asexual, and allied (LGBTQ+ and allied) individuals who contribute to the diversity and success of the UA community. We invite you to join us in celebrating Coming Out Week 2019!"

This will be followed by an OUT List with your names, titles, and department information. There will be separate sections for Faculty/Staff, Students, Alumni, and Allies. Once again, please make sure you enter your information correctly
